Really enjoyed this hotel stay. Was easy access to the centre of town and restaurants

The location was great. Friendly staff and great views from the rooms and outdoor dining area

Excellent and cozy hotel

Great hotel located right in the castle. Very cozy, wonderful roof terrace overlooking the lake, and there is a common living room where you can make tea and so on. Comfortable, clean, modern room, everything you need is there. Very good and tasty breakfasts. Excellent and very friendly staff. There are many bars and restaurants around, the lake is very nice. 100% Recommended!

Excellent Stay!

clean and central - in the heart of Castiglione with most of the amenities within walking distance! Staff is great!there were no taxis today and the desk person drove me with his own car ( 2 KM)

No lift - but Staff helped carry the bag

Exceptional

The location is amazing. And the breakfast very nice and with lots of options. There is no lift, so you need to use the stairs to get to the bedroom. (about 3 floors). A very nice property, on top of an amazing restaurant, where also the breakfast is served every morning.

Update information on location

The location is very good, view of the lake via a small window The room was spotless, cleanest room of all our stays Breakfast in the restaurant was very good with a very helpful waitress

You have to ring a bell for the hotel to open its door, the receptionist had forgotten to bring her smile that day, no mention of 4 flights of stairs to the checkin desk, and parking according to the receptionist - exit and find white lines, ie not close to the pedestrian only street where the hotel is located

Perfect location for a trip in Castiglione del Lago. I recommend!

The hotel was very well located, the room and the view was amazing, and above all the staff was very nice and helpful!! They book a table for all clients of the hotel in their restaurant (not mandatory to go) and lot of choices for the breakfast. I won’t hesitate to book again here!

If arriving by train make sure to have checked transport up front as there is no proper Taxi in town

Nice hotel in a very nice village. the Garden restaurant was very nice. on the arrival to the train station we discovered there is no taxi company in the city, but the Hotel was nice and picked us up. very good service from the staff especially Christian who helped a lot with everything from pickup to reserve table and make sure we had a great stay!

Wish I could have stayed longer.

This was our best stop in Tuscany. Bright and sparkling-clean room. Superb buffet breakfast in the garden overlooking the lake. In the same location, an even more excellent dinner the night before - fresh seafood from the lake. The eel was out of this world.

The room was a little small for my family of four, but we were all perfectly comfortable.

Great location, friendly & helpful staff and great room.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. They gave us a room overlooking the lake which was lovely.
