The room was clean and comfortable.
The hotel rooms are a bit dated. There was a broken glass top to one of the bedside tables. It was nice to have a balcony but the seat was very uncomfortable.
The reception staff weren't good. We waited for over 5 minutes for someone to come and check us in. There was no one around. I later went to ask for extra pillows and a different lady gruffly said one moment as I opened my mouth. She then continued doing what she was doing and walked away out of reception. I then needed to wait for someone else to help me. All very strange.

The staff were nice .
The place was clean
There wasn't a kettle in the room.
The only menu options were very limited .
The breakfast was sparse .
The coffee at breakfast , sorry but I can only describe it as discussting
