Brilliant family hotel with fantastic pools and loads going on for the kids. We stayed in a Master Suite which was huge, with two massive balconies and a hot tub. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job every day. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the online check-in made arrival really easy - we had our room key within a minute. The snack bar from 1pm was also excellent.
The only real downside was the location. It’s a little out of the way if you like to walk to restaurants or shops. There’s a SPAR just down the hill, but San Agustín is around a 20-30 minute walk. Taxis are cheap though (€4 locally and around €10 to Maspalomas), so it wasn’t a major issue. The buffet had plenty of choice but the quality could have been a little better, although that’s fairly standard for an all-inclusive buffet.

Value for money. Very friendly staff. Excellent food and good variety. Beautiful gardens. Certainly would recommend this hotel.
Check in is very slow considering online check in is done prior to stay, however hotel management was able to resolve this issue.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and had good quality bedding and pillows.
Buffet style eating isn’t for us. Although there was plenty of variety and good quality food available it felt a bit of a canteen experience. But I can see it works well for families.

It is averaged in general. The room was big enough and have a couple of details for children.
The all inclusive in not such. There is vending machines, just one water bottle in the room and a lot of drinks and spaces that you have to pay extra.
Children club was confusing and bad managed, with most of activities requiring parent presence.
