Quiet, spacious, and comfortable room. Heating and air conditioning in the room if required.
Only had breakfast once which was very good.
The Swan is perfectly situated in the heart of Wells.
All the staff we encountered were very friendly, chatty and well trained!
Nothing comes to mind.

Great location and excellent room
The restaurant was too small

Positives: Great location. Good sized room. Friendly staff in bar.
Negatives: one of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Constant banging doors, loud footsteps outside of the room and above the room. Very limited parking. Extremely unhelpful staff on reception - the absolute opposite of the friendly staff in the bar.
