The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our twin room was lovely: spacious and clean. Lovely little touches like a big fan and socket near the kettle. Lovely shower, comfy beds and pillows and breakfast was superb.

The Inn is so quirky and really interesting. The staff were so friendly, food was fantastic.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The location was excellent. Close to the Cathedral, shops and restaurants.
Some of the younger staff were quite rude and arrogant. The older staff were very helpful and friendly.
The water pressure was very low, it was time consuming to have a shower. The staff checked and said it was an ongoing problem due to the age of the building.
