Breakfast was very good. In particular the lady at breakfast room was exceptionally friendly, curtious and helpful. The hotel was kept clean even though the rooms look a bit dated.
Information needs to be unto date. I asked about a swimming pool nearby and was told the one at the wellness down the road would be open to outside guests. this was not the case.

Very convenient location for some beautiful hikes around the Dolomites. If you get a lake-facing room I’m sure this is a plus too. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly Diego at the front desk and the other waiting staff. The room was a good size bed clean as well. Breakfast was very good.
We had a room facing the main road and we felt the shower was a bit small.

The location is great and the hotel is cosy. I stayed here for a week during my ski trip in Alleghe and I highly recommend it. The team is super friendly and helpful and everyone speaks English. The pizza is amazing! We had it almost every day, it is a must try if you are in the area ! The local beers are great as well.

breakfast is good. Scrambled eggs not good at all.
I booked a double room. They assigned me a room with two beds that was not possible to join. They were kind to offer for one night a large bed room. For the second room there was no available rooms.
