Lovely Hotel

beautiful design. comfortable. very nice staff. clean. good location close to all the center.

hot water had problems. first there was no hot after a few minutes, than the staff ordered a fix, and there was hot/cold changing alone with very low water pressure, can be fixed with another tank on the roof with extra water heater i believe.

Great position, close to everything Stayed here quite a few times

8 years ago the rooms were in need of updating, nothing has changed, the rooms are quite large but very tired, while the bathroom has a spa bath but no separate shower, you need to stand in the bath for a shower which requires climbing over a 1 meter ledge, not good if your not young. Pity, desperate for a make over Other LK hotels much better

Good location. Sun all pool all day. Friendly helpful Staff. Easy early check in and check out. You can use the gym at LK Metropole. Big room.

The shower was not great. No curtain. Floor in bathroom wet every time.

3rd Week Room Upgrade was disapointing...

The A/C was better than the previous room. When the compressor turned on it was quiet. + Excellent housekeeping. + best two elevator system I have ever seen.

I upgraded to a more expensive room for my third week there: = the balcony space was too small (with a view of a dystopian future world that awaits us all). = smaller kitchen area to the point that the plates were smaller so they would fit the cabinet. = no microwave oven (how is this an upgrade???). = luggage area even smaller than previous room. = the dedicated shower space was quite small. = they reversed the hot and cold water at the bath tub (why would this be done???). = sharp 1 inch grade change between hall floor level and bathroom (needs a rounded edge). = TV had RED BLEED all around the perimeter. = the steam room at pool area often had no power (dark control panel)

Good location lots of entertainment pefer breakfast buffet of something have been before different h

Clean linen and fresh towels quiet pool sink in room tea coffee kettle cleaning lady excellant on our floor 5 I like a quiet pool which it was but not enough sun shade .

Decent shower had a bath/shower it wasn't good not ideal. A better complementary breakfast like other hotels more sun shades around pool 2 is not enough.

Comfortable room and central location. I extended my stay a week.

Good location with stores and bars all around. Best 2 elevator system I have seen or take the stairs; they are nice and wide. Building is maintained fairly well. The adjoining massage studio is very good. Plenty of drawers to store my stuff.

Need more places to hang wet towels and bathing suits. The area for a suitcase is too small. The lights did not dim & two lights were not functional.

For the money no way.

The cleaning staff were wonderful. The room was big enough

Front line staff need to work at the Amber or Aqua Hotel to learn about how to treat guests. The first room had to much wrong with it and they changed us to a different room. This room required things to be fixed to. The hotel ran out of water two times and for days the water was coffee coloured. When i queried this the Lady said it is the whole area. Wrong as i had friends staying in a hotel 200 metres away. The foyer smells of Ganja at night from next door. The shower over the high Spa bath has no curtain and is seriously dangerous if you are not careful. This place is dated and needs upgrading.

The staff , the suite and location will keep me going back again

After staying there for years. The owners decided to lease out the restaurant space. it is no longer a hotel as it has no restaurant..That is disappointing.

old hotel, be aware by the swimming pool that something can fall from the roof, bath tub it's old style and dangerous...
