The location is great and the rooms are very clean and large for Pattaya.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was a little bland and 7:00am is a bit late for anyone who rises early. The pool was being renovated but they did let you use an adjoining hotels.

Breakfast is good. Always seem to have traditional Thai breakfast selection which are usually pretty good.
