The hotel is fantastic in all aspects and perfect for Nordic skiing on the lake. Wonderful staff in the restaurant especially Elli-Saara and chef Keith.

Lovely staff who were incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of gluten free options - I especially appreciated the dedicated gluten free toaster.
The room was clean, warm, spacious, and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed having our own, personal sauna! Great storage, and a drying cabinet for wet clothes. Very comfortable beds, and great to have a balcony, even in a standard room so we could sit outside and watch the reindeer.
Great location in the centre of Levi within walking distance of everything. Would highly recommend
We were on the ground floor, and sounds travelled quite a lot from the room above. Not the hotel's fault as i think we just had particularly loud people above us, and popped some earplugs in so we couldn't hear them.

Rooms were very hot for us ! Couldn’t find a thermostat.
This is more of a preference for us liking a colder space, not really a fault of the hotels
