The bedroom was very big and spacious … they also have an inside swimming pool that was big and warm, also a swimming pool for kids, very nice!
The bedroom was not clean for the 2 days that we were there, so we missed clean towels.

The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated with underwater pictures. The lounge area is quite nice. Enough space to park the car free of charge.
The rooms looked much nicer on the photos than they actually were; it was very clean but not cozy at all. Also the room faced a busy street which made it quite noisy. The check-in machine at the entrance did not work properly; after 10 minutes of fiddling around with it, I gave up and headed for the reception for check-in. The pools are not exclusive to the hotel, they are public and you are allowed to use them.

We stayed in a family comfort room, which was huge and clean with a comfy bed. The big swimming pools were right next door and kids loved it. The hotel staff is friendly but feels like they are either understaffed or not very attentive (this is for the restaurant part).
The night we stayed they had “night swimming” in the pool area next door which played loud music until midnight. We had to close the windows to get our kids to sleep but room has no air conditioning. Our room was also next to elevator which wasn’t great as you hear it in the room. Restaurant for dinner was okay, some dishes are heavily overpriced for what they are, eg my wife had a rice bowl which was hardly anything. The bathroom in the room appeared luxuries but the shower head was bad, hardly anything pressure. Hotel overall appeared nice but had so many shortcomings. Wouldn’t stay there again for the price we payed. We also complained about the night swimming noise but no compensation offered.
