Staff were super friendly and of course a massive appreciation to the lovely Jeffrey who lights up Casa Luis, yeah baby!! Also lovely pools, decent cafe and right next to bus stop to take you around the island
The sewage system must be needing some work as our sink was clogged for several days of our stay

The glass balconies are a worry and shower wet room can be a bit dangerous as water easily comes out on the entire floor, had to cover the floor in towels to avoid slipping

We found the beds to be very uncomfortable, and the kitchen facilities to be severely lacking. No sharp knives to even slice a tomato, no cloths or soap to wash dishes with.
A welcome of a few tea bags or coffee, salt and pepper would just add a nice touch.
A bit of a walk to the Bay, the pool facilities were great for children.
