the breakfast was fantastic with the service to match. full range of cereal, fruits etc, i was not happy with my egg the first day but this was corrected within minutes. The owner was very helpful WITHOUT being overbearing, unlike some alleged "5*" B&B. highly recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat.

As a smoker, an ashtray outside would have been nice but there was a public bin only a few steps away. trying to think of something else..... sorry nothing.

A fantastic guesthouse which I would highly recommend to anyone! The host and his family are very hospitable and welcoming, they couldn’t do enough for you. On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome by one of the sons who was courteous and friendly. He gave us a glass of orange juice whilst we checked in and kindly offered to carry our cases to our room. The room itself was comfortable, clean and tidy, and included extras like shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and cotton-buds, also welcoming chocolates and bottles of water. The breakfasts are fantastic, starting with a range of fresh fruit, a selection of cereals and followed by a full English cooked to perfection. As much tea, fresh coffee and toast as you wanted. Outstanding start to the day! The location was great, a short walk from the town or the beach. Parking was available on site.

We received a very warm welcome from the owner who offered us a cold drink whilst booking in. He was very attentive during the whole of the stay. The food on offer was very good and the cooked food was always hot and the presentation matched the quality. The accommodation was very clean.

Good location. Host Kul was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit yogurt cereal and full english which was cooked to perfection.

Thought this was wheelchair friendly but wasn't really but Kul got around this by serving breakfast for my wife in the room which was nice.Big thanks to Kul.Breakfast room is downstairs

Struggled with reception of tv at times.minor Shower needs upgrading but works fine.

Bed was a bit too firm for my liking. TV had bad reception for BBC channels.
