It's the second time we come in the area, and we wouldnt miss our stay at Torre Fiore. A wonderful place, with excellent food, staff and facilities. If you are looking for luxury relax time, outside of the touristic mess, then this is the place to go.
Hard to find flaws - if I may suggest, charging separately for little, standard, extras (eggs at breakfast, pool service, water in the room, etc) feels wrong, given this is a luxury establishment. I would recommend removing this weird looking extras and embed them in the overall pricing.

Nice hotel, friendly staff
150€ late check-out is outrageous. Totally unreasonable. If it’s such an exorbitant amount this has to be communicated properly. For that reason would not come back.
