Great location and spacious, historic/traditional apartment. Great air con and hot shower. We didnt use the self catering kitchenette but it looked fine. Bottle of water in the fridge. Excellent instructions on getting there, loved the bag collection service & lift. Friendly & responsive.
Electrics a bit quirky - took several attempts to find a socket that worked for phone charging and kettle. If we'd stayed longer I would have been frustrated at nowhere to store toiletries in bathroom.

Flavia, the person who greeted us was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Knowing we had free parking was a bonus. And, to stay in the middle of an ancient city and have convenient access to the area was such a plus.
This has nothing to do with the lodging itself. It was winter and there were few restaurants open.

The place is adorable and well located. It is well appointed and cozy. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The town is so special and it’s wonderful to be there after the bulk of the visitors leave.
There was a miscommunication based on booking’s info and we thought the 2 rooms of the Jasmine apartment had two double beds. In fact, there are 2 rooms but there is one with a single bed and one with a double. This is not the hosts’ fault and they took care of it well, but it’s something to be aware of.

The location was perfect. And the host was super nice and helpful with recommendations and resolving issues.
The accommodation was cute. Stone built. Little courtyard etc.
The accommodation was musty and damp. It needed a good airing and warming up. There was a faulty heater so my first nights stay was unpleasant. I didn’t really warm up all night. Next day the situation was resolved very quickly thanks to my host. So thanks a million for that.
