Η τοποθεσία ήταν άριστη, το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και το δωμάτιο αρκετά άνετο. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης και αρκετά κοντά σε πολύ καλά εστιατόρια και bars. Το δωμάτιο αν και όχι πολύ μεγάλο ήταν αρκετά άνετο για έναν solo ταξιδιώτη ή για ένα ζευγάρι. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και με reception που ακόμη και τις νυχτερινές ώρες είναι εκεί για τον επισκέπτη.
Το μόνο αρνητικό που εντόπισα στο δωμάτιο ήταν η καθαριότητα του χώρου σε γενικές γραμμές, σκόνη στον ανελκυστήρα, αλλά και στο δωμάτιο η εικόνα ήταν παρόμοια, αν και δεν είναι κάτι σημαντικό παρά μόνο λίγη σκόνη, θα περίμενα τον χώρο και ιδιαίτερα τα δωμάτια πιο καθαρά ιδιαίτερα εφόσον το check in είναι πιο αργά από το check out. Σε γενικές γραμμές όμως είχε ελάχιστη επιρροή αυτό στην όλη εμπειρία μου με το ξενοδοχείο.

Friendly staff, good location walking distance to the centre of Florina and rooms were ok, with comfy beds.
Not great surrounding views and first floor boiler/cleaning room was a bit dark to pass through as you walk up the stairs
