That shower is incredible. Great pressure and temperature, modern with glass and tiling. The staff was friendly and communicative - they helped with busses and taxis. Everyone says the room is hot, we we were on the 1st floor with a great draft from the open windows and a sufficient floor fan.
The location is not perfect, especially trying to grab taxis during rush hour. But the hotel is right in front of a bus stop that takes you directly to the city center, despite GoogleMaps tells you.

This place is in an excellent location between the airport and the city centre / train or bus station etc with a direct bus stop just a few steps from the door. Bus 6 is the one that stops at the hotel to take you downtown. Bus 6A only drops you from the airport but doesn't do pickups from that stop being mainly an airport bus. The staff are very nice and friendly, the rooms huge and very comfy and clean beds with complete bathrooms with amenities. Wifi also works excellently. I always stay in this hotel whenever in Santiago. The price is hard to beat.
