Conveniently located off the motorway.
We had a tiny room up in the eaves on a 30 degree day with only a fan to circulate the hot air. If we left the window open (which we had to!) the noise was terrible as the property is located on a busy motorway and Trainline.
They also closed on the one night we stayed which is not mentioned on Booking.com. So it felt like a ghost town when we arrived. I chose this hotel as the restaurant had great reviews but it was closed as this was their day off!? I wouldn’t have selected this hotel had I known it was closed and on a railway line - I think this should be disclosed on the ad.
