Bedroom very modern and nicely styled
This is just a glorified airB&B The only staff you see are a couple of cleaners. The supposed restaurant is run by others and have no interest in the hotel. Overall very disappointing

Einfache Handhabung des Check-In und Check out. Sehr modern ausgestattet, bequeme Betten und insgesamt sehr sauber. Gute Lage!
Die Treppe im Appartment wurde vorher schlecht (oder gar nicht?) geputzt? Und in der Nacht war es oben im zimmer sehr heiss.

It’s new and the junior suite was spacious. There was taken care of details, like providing toothbrushes, a fully equipped kitchen and a fancy bidet toilet.
There is no AC. There was no parking available close-by which gave my an uncomfortable feeling. The bedding felt like cheap cotton. The playroom activities were expensive.

The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The price was reasonable, and the self check-in process was straightforward, even though it was a new experience for us. Kerns is a lovely, peaceful town to stay.
The bedroom with the sloping ceiling was not very practical, although this is clearly shown in the photos. The biggest downside was the parking. There were not enough parking spaces for the hotel, and the parking regulations in Kerns only allow assigned parking or a maximum stay of three hours in public spaces. Unfortunately, even the hotel was unable to offer a legal parking solution when their are insufficient hotel parking spots.
