It is located in a picturesque cozy village, 20 min away from Luzern, 5 min away from the railway to Pilatus, or a boat to Luzern. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is great.

Additional folding bed is not so comfortable for adult.

The hotel was reasonable and although we had advised in advance that my wife had difficulty in walking, they could only supply a room between the lift access floors, so she still had to walk up a short staircase.
Although we would expect Swiss Hotels to be more expensive than French or Italian, we did not expect the quality to be so poor. The bed was very uncomfortable with lumpy/hard mattress and a pillow that provided no support; no second pillow available. The restaurant was comfortable with good service but expensive : again, eaten much better main course in French/Italian hotel restaurants and more reasonable price wine list!
