In a quiet area
Room very basic. Only one electric socket, no kettle/tea and coffee. Breakfast choice and quality very poor. Check-in at another hotel after 16:00, code did not work so had to go back to the check in hotel

Location, tidiness, simplicity.
So hot A/C not very good, sweating at night and no breeze unless you open the curtains to the neighbours.
