The staff from manager to cleaner were all so helpful,kind and could really not do enough for me. The restaurant and bar a joined to the hotel was fantastic,although not part of the hotel had exceptional food and service which would have put the savoy to shame. All in all l had a wonderful stay.
Because l was on foot and on crutches l did feel a bit out of the way.

Clean
No view, possibly the worst room. Shower leaked onto floor, no plug for quick wash, shower was defective and no action. Blind in room didnt fully shut. Vent in bathroom didnt work. Was told we would at least get a balcony but no, view of a flat roof. Bad room.
