We booked for 2 nights , brought to the room and was untidy and absolutely freezing ........ im sure we were the only ones staying there .... pictures on web site dont give a proper expectation..... we actually left and didnt stay at all ??? went to guardamar

did not have a lift we are old age pensioners and thay put us on the top floor I had a full knee replaced not long ago

Location good, staff great, cleaners kept my room pristine condition.
The bar that's attached, was part of the place in the past but now a separate company going down hill rapid seen a big decline in the place over the years give it a miss.

Room is serviced, air conditioned and staff are friendly.
We have used this hotel on numerous times.

The location is good and central. But not much in La Marina.
This is the most basic of hotels. Just one up from a hostel. I had booked 12 nights but left after one night and found another hotel. There are no coffee facilities in room, Small TV mounted high on wall, only Spanish channels available. Extra charge for change of towels. Only one spare power outlet in room. No power at bedside

We booked into this hotel knowing it was out of season , however everything was perfect and the cleanliness was excellent 10 out 10 to the management and fir making us very welcome

Convenient for me to visit friends. Central location, handy for the beach and bus stop on the door step.
Due to unexpected weather conditions my flight to Alicante was over 3 hours late leaving Gatwick Airport, eventually arrived at the hotel to find it locked and no way of contacting owners. Fortunately as I was trying to work out where I was going to be sleeping that night, someone stopped at the hotel and I managed to get registered, the gentleman did not say who he was or seemed impressed that I had arrived, bearing in mind this hotel was booked at the end of December 2022!!! They have a bar that is open very short hours and when I went to leave this morning there was no-one on site so no coffee for me this morning and no one to accept the key to my room, so I ended up returning to the room and leaving it on the bed!!!
Truly not impressed particularly as I have stayed there before but sadly I think it will be deleted from my hotel list.

no staff on site- my phone was unable to call the number given, my room was cold and the heater barely worked- needed some blinds to block the sunlight- stayed one night and moved

extensive building works going on so couldn’t stay as we were in the area for a funeral - checked out immediately but still haven’t got my money back - defo won’t ever stay there - very disappointing €400 paid for no stay!!!! 🤬

shower head holder was snapped so had to hold the shower head the whole time

The bathroom window didn't shut , the tiles were cracked and black mould around sink and shower . We went given a option for breakfast . And no kettle in room .

The staff was okay in the evening but really brusque in the morning and not very welcoming. A guest breakfast at the restaurant could not be arranged. you could order something but prices where not on a menu, so you had to order blind, we decided to have breakfast at a baker somewhere else

the hotel is a hostel and can walk in of the street and pay 30 euros a night to stay so for 3 night is only 90 euros and you charge me &£275 uk pounds
it was a disaster 2 single beds asked for a double bed was no sea view no view at all aprt from a big container?
brick wall shaft in shower window it was really bad and I have all pics to show how I was ripped of by yourselfs and going online to show everyone how you put me there for the money totally miss sold by you

only two small towels in bathroom and a half bath with a shower curtain that doesn't go to the end.

Not far from the beach. Easy to find.
Cleaning staff very helpful and friendly.
The bathroom was very very small. Could hardly sit on the loo. Aircon was very noisy and no control to keep in the room. Noisy occupants in surrounding rooms. Loud tv,s. Banging doors and window blinds. people talking extremely loudly. Nobody on reception and all locked up, when we left in the middle of the night because we could not stand it anymore . Needs updating and soundproofing.
