It was a good stay

The entertainment team was exceptional. The welcome team and front desk teams were really kool. The room was lovely. Just hated the stairs.

Some of the servers had an attitude.

Practically, the stay was in between good and bad

The breakfast was good and also the location was indeed ok because we drove less than we expected. I love the dinner settings it was also amazing and for the servers they were on point.

The front desk clerks need more training. I wanted a better view. The wait was too long to get to the room and I wasn't the only one with that problem. I also of to request a fridge and wait for it to get inside the room. Towels and sheets need to change

The breakfast was a delightful affair, with a lavish spread that catered to every palate I took. The freshness of the ingredients and the variety of options ensured a perfect start to each day. As for the room, it was nothing short of a sanctuary. Impeccably designed and luxuriously appointed, it provided a serene haven to retreat after a day of exploration. The attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the thoughtfully arranged amenities, made me feel like royalty. While staying for the two days, the ackee and saltfish breakfast at Royal Decameron Runaway Bay was a culinary highlight. The dish was prepared with utmost care, showcasing the chef's mastery in blending flavors. The ackee was perfectly tender, complemented harmoniously by the savory salted fish. Each bite was a burst of Caribbean goodness, leaving a lingering taste that I still reminisce about. The drain for the shower took too long to drain when standing in the shower. I was always standing in dirty water .

The staff is very helpful, polite, courteous, there isn't much in the entertainment.However, we make due with what was offered.

My two adult daughters , myself and my grandson was in a room that was quite shabby, three beds and a table, and bathroom that was inadequate, however I decided to make the best of it..but then the AC stopped working and we given a room change..a suite which had two single beds and king size bed in the master bedroom, we enjoyed the room.Later we learned that was the Hibiscus Suite..The supervisor said those suits are limited and not advertised..now I was planning on recommending my friends to Royal Decameron but since I was informed that these suites are limited and you can only upgrade once ur there, that's really a pity..the food is awful most times..choices limited but I did find some choices to my liken

Heavenly fun and relaxing.

The food was excellent, especially lunch. Staff are great...especially Justin from bar, Mr. Lewis and Kemron from dinner room; they were so professional, welcoming and made our stay wonderful. I don't repeat hotels, however, my wife and I are considering to return...

The fact that Quiet Pool bar didn't open on time on Saturday and Sunday...however, it was great otherwise as the bartender made up for the late opening with the drinks. Also I was there for my birthday...which I added when I was booking, expecting to see something special...i didn't, however, my wife made reservation at Nyamings Restaurant which kind of made up for it.

The room was clean but the iron board was a hazard, The water came inside the room and wet up my suitcase and my things in my suitcase, no one did anything about it. I am waiting for the hotel headquarters to contact me

There are a few things I like and the first one is the cleanliness of the place. All rooms should have coffee maker and a refrigerator in the room . The hotel could do with a little improvement, the sign of the hotel needs to be changed and put up a sign that is excited for visitors to see better.

it is a nice place to stay overall

I loved my first room , room 61, then I had to change to room 165 which I also love , the staffs , they are very helpful and friendly and very supportive and hardworking

short staff in the dining area , to help with checking and cleaning the tables, the dining room is too hot need better or some correct fans

We had an amazing time and I would recommend the Royal Decameron to anyone!

The location was good, most staff members were friendly & polite; and the food (particularly for the meat-eaters) was excellent!

The Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible!!! It cannot be picked up across the entire property and you have to sign back in all the time which kind of frustrated our overall experience. Also, the vegetarian options were extremely limited.

I had to switch one of our rooms because the original room was hot and dusty. Front Staff did not really care to give us

it was very clean and everything was reachable, service could be better

The dinner area need improvement, food was not great at all. The fact that we had to wait for plates to eat in was a turn off including shortage of forks and spoons that’s terrible also staff was not friendly they seems stress . This is my fourth time staying here and this time is the worst I invited a few friends but was disappointed by the overall service

A little upset

My stay was good.

Ii didn't like the fact that I got injured on the premises and no one seemed to care if I was ok othe only one that checked on me was the life guard that saw the incident. I believe the same treatment others that visit the country would get,the same treatment a local should get.

My overall stay was fairly good. Front desk staff excellent.

The location is very nice and is access to the nearest town and tourist attractions.

The the property needs some modernisation eg, keyless doors, proper door shower door slides to prevent bathroom floor from wetting (room 601). Some staff at the property needs customer service training

Worth the money! We will be coming back!

Our check-in experience was excellent, thanks to Rushell and the team of bell-hops who met us at the entrance. We had dinner at the Jasmine restaurant and the food was delicious (kudos to the chef and team!) We also felt special as the host (didn't get her name) highlighted our special wedding anniversary and the guests applauded us. At the buffet we met Shanell who was also fantastic. There were a few cats but we are cat people so they didn't bother us. In fact we were fascinated by them!

The food at the buffet lacked variety when we had dinner on the 27th. But this is post pandemic so we chalked it up to the hotel not yet fully recovered. Night entertainment also needed more vibes.
