Location, parking included, spa and pool. Washing and dryer. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Not enough towels for 4 people. No hand towels, only 2 face cloths.
No toiletries, showers or conditioners.

Booking Dot com are not doing this motel justice. The manager clearly explained how Booking Dot Com are not showing the motels exact facilities and amenities. I was with a disabled person and I know what I need. The site was miss leading in so many ways. Not the motel fault, this was shown to me and left no doubt.
Room up 3 flights of stairs when said ground floor. Disabled person, seriously? This meant that I had to lug everything they required up stairs. Including the wheelchair and the person in it. No dishwasher, long distance to room, no DVD player, no carparking for the van. The holiday of a lifetime ruined with no refund. The manager moved our room to 2nd floor, gave us her off street car park, and her own personal login to her internet subscriptions. She literally moved mountains to assist us. Booking Dot Com has a lot to answer too. Regardless of my backbreaking, lugging it all, fantastic place.
