The location is wonderful. Close to a swimming beach where you can swim between the flags. Great cafes nearby and close to the speedy tram. Our main reason for visiting was kayaking at Varsity Lakes, which is near by. It's an easy walk along the beach to Burleigh Heads National Park.

Location perfect. Good view. Excellent exterior balcony furniture - good comfortable interior lounge chairs / couch & comfortable dining table & chairs. Well stocked kitchen. Size wise it’s a great apartment with plenty of room to spread out.
Apartment 17 - not properly cleaned. Minor issues - harsh lighting, no lamps in living rooms, firm mattresses, overly soft pillows, very aged decor, no safety strainer over the food composter in sink, no coffee machine, minimal supplies (toilet paper etc). Older decor than shown in the photos online. Re cleanliness - main areas are clean - it’s only on closer inspection that it becomes apparent it’s very dirty / dusty around the edges - photo examples.
