The location and the view was amazing. The size of the apartment and the amenities were fantastic.
The mattress in the master was not comfortable and the TV in the master didn't work.

I would’ve been great to have a coffee machine in the room.
Apartment was certainly clean but buildup of dust and dirt on the skirting boards was significant and grout in the shower could have done with a really good scrub.

The location was good.
The bed was comfortable.
The kitchen was a good standard.
The bathrooms are quite old and in need of updating. The basins are cracked and the taps are very old and dirty around the base.
The frying pans in the kitchen need replacing as the teflon is scratched.

The condition of the room generally. The view was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the carpeting seemed fairly new but the furniture was very old and worn out springs and cushioning in couch terrible, large black cracks in ensuite basin. Dead bugs pooled in most of the
Iight shades. Lining under dining chairs hanging down
Wonky legs on dining table. Very dated music system. Lovely Reception people...not the properties fault but the owners of the 1 bed apartment not responding to requests by the property to the make these upgrades .
