Location opposite the beach. Nice ocean view. Not on the noisy highway. Clean. Had all the basics. Supply of tea, coffee and detergents was good. Walking distance to shops. Easy access to light rail which for $0.50 gave easy access from Burleigh Heads to Helensvale. Appreciated a slightly later checkout.
Not much. If had to be picky would say could warm the pool water a bit more. Seems common in Queensland. Having said that swam everyday.

The location was perfect. Straight across the road from the beach. Walking distance to both surf clubs, markets, James street, beautiful cafes close plus Maccas if that’s your preference. Tram and bus also close for a quick trip into Surfers or the casino.
It was great honestly the only thing we mentioned was little coffee tables beside the couch to put drinks etc on.
Possibly making a guest booklet instead of having 12 signs everywhere with information, put it all into one booklet for ease, perhaps even adding what’s around for guests who travel Interstate etc.

Fantastic location and the apartment was clean and comfortable, beds amazing.

Spacious apartment with ocean glimpses through the trees. Comfortable beds. Host was easy to contact and answered any queries we had promptly.
Old apartment that could definitely do with a renovation. Balcony door was misaligned and hard to lock/unlock. One bathroom light didn't work. Bathroom shower gel container was empty on arrival. Bathroom towels were thin and worn. I expected much more for the price of $830 per night
