Room are Amazing
the Coffee Shop and Mini Chocolate Shop was Super Good

My Nutella Pizza is uncooked, the Beef Lasagna was cold.
Staff in Restaurant was not aware as I ordered waffle in Breakfast never have it until we finished

Location good, but when I asked for room service for breakfast on the second day, it suddenly was not complimentary. I had taken the complimenary breakfast on the first morning in the Vue Restaurant. The fact that room service breakfast was chargeable was not clear when booking. Furthermore, even though I agreed to pay for room service breakfast, not everything ordered arrived. When I queried this I was told "Oh fruit is extra"! Again, this was never made clear.
When I tried to cancel the breakfast, as soon as I discovered that I could not add juice or fruit as originally ordered, I was told "oh its too late. Your order is now in the system and you will be charged regardless". Not impressed!
Appalling treatment when booking in. I registered but then Reception did not allocate a concierge to take me to my room or help with my luggage. When I finally found my room and rang for help with luggage, Reception said they could not help.

Friendly staff, very comfortable and I loved the facilities. I enjoyed the meal at the Vue and hope to go back again soon. An awesome getaway from home.

Our room was so far away it was ridiculous, especially as hotel seemed almost empty. Maybe we were penalized for using booking,com? Strange squeaky noise all night outside. No elevator and we had to schlep our 4 bags down at 05:30. No apples in room (our friends got apples!)

I love the Airways, it is always lovely to stay there. The service is very good, food and happy hours are great.
unfortunately I booked a twin bed room. When we were taken to the room, there was only one bed, I went back to reception to ask about this and was advised that the room I booked was not available - despite having booked 2 months prior to my arrival and was given assurance from the hotel that this would be available. This change to the room was not discussed with me when I checked in or prior to my arrival, and it was assumed that we would sleep in the same bed - there was no checking to see if this was suitable or acceptable to us.
As a solution, We were then given a room with an extra bed brought in - this bed was a low single bed on the floor.
We enjoyed our 2 night stay but when you are paying a high price, you expect to get what you booked and to at least be advised of any changes so that you have the option to make other choices.

The staff are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The food was very good & lots of choice. The security is first rate. Lots of lounges & seating areas. Very close to the airport.

Air con was set very low when we walked into the room and tuning it off made the room condensate and the floor tiles to become wet and very slippery

Always an absolute pleasure to stay here... although I must admit that the pool area is starting to look a little tired.
Slight hiccup at check in process. It took 3 attempts (carting my bags back & forth each time) to finally get the room I booked. The first room already had another guest in it & the second had a different bed configuration to that requested.

it was clean, smelt beautiful, comfortable, the majority of the staff were fantastic. The service at the airways is exceptional from the time I was collected from the airport to the time they dropped me off.
The gym and pool were great and the lounges very nice. The food was tasty and the selection at the breakfast service covered all tastes and diets.
There was nothing I didn’t like! it is expensive but it is worth it and compared to others I have stayed in Port Moresby- it is by far superior in every way.
The only experience I had that was not to the usual high standard was when I tried to book a massage- they were booked out and the lady that served me was less than pleasant and not very helpful - but that was the only thing!
