Disappointed

Mobile home was nice enough. Swimming pool was nice

They state on facilities that there is a bar, a snack bar and a coffee shop on the site. What they don't tell you is that they are only opened at the weekend . Which was very disappointing. You are also not allowed to take your dog to the outdoor snack bar. The place is quite isolated, there is only a Chinese restaurant and a couple of bars within walking distance. The mobile home we stayed in was really unsuitable for our dog as he could easily escape through the patio area. Therefore we had to try and barricade him in. Definitely wouldn't return

it was 2 nights thankfully 😅

the staff did try and find an alternative accommodation something bigger but had nothing available!

it was far too small for 5 people! the bar and restaurant were closed due to vacation! we should have been notified about this before then we could have made alternate arrangements but found out upon checking in. check in is a nightmare takes far too long.

Dissapointed

Location to town. Need a car or be a good walker.

Cabin small even though we booked superior, wallpaper peeling off hole knocked through wall to fit TV plug through, asked to move and paid extra. girl extremely rude made us wait 3 hours as caravan was being cleaned, other girl screamed at us for parking in the place we were told to park. TV only Spanish, WiFi only 1 bar so couldn't use firestick. no restaurant open which we were planning on relaxing there ,BBQ was a stone slab at front gate. Could do with vending machine for water etc. very uncomfortable in caravan upright vinyl bench sofa. disappointed left 1 day early. I can speak Spanish and we have lived in Spain for 22 years so I understood what they were saying! The older receptionist was lovely bravo to her.

Nice cabin and perfect stay with pets.

The cabin is perfect for 2. It has all the facilities and was perfect for traveling with our dog. It was close to our family's house and it also has a supermarket very close.

Bungalows are nicer than mobile homes !

Ok. Opportunity to meet with friends on the site. Mobile home by the pool, well situated. Great staff. We went to ask for missing kitchen stuff . All quests successful.

Very uncomfortable single beds, old and tired mattresses, very small twin cabin. Final night disturbed by a water leak. Plumbers called, water cut off and we had to move to another accommodation. The mobile home pictured on the site, all colourful and with tree and plants in front, is a one off and showhouse. The others are offwhite plain plastic. More expensive per night than a house by the sea where we moved afterwards.

Exceptional

My bungalow was clean and comfortable. The camping strict rules were enforced and the night security personnel was their job properly.

I can't find anything that I don't like. It was I was looking for with a lot of privacy.

Very good

We have been a few times and we love it 15min walk to beach and staff always friendly and happy to help. Beds and pillows comfy.

Woken by bin truck at 2.20am in the morning, our bungalow was just over the road from them. Also restaurant/bar by the pool was closed and this was not stated when booked, we have eaten there a few times in the past and always great food and service.

Weekend away

It's a basic site, staff are friendly and the bar /restaurant is very reasonable and food is lovely

They need to have better curtains on the bungalows they just fit the window and let all the sun in. We had to put blackets up to block the sun out.

Exceptional

Beach was nice but found lack of ATM machines had a nice walk along the promenard will visit again .

Only fault no electric kettle .enjoyed our 2 day stay could do with some of the facilities ie snack bar not open in the evenings restraunt closed maybe due to covid restrictions or out of season but enjoyed our stay thankyou to the staff and owners 😀

The restaurant food by the bar was very good and the pool area, The bungalow had everything you need to cook and all bedding etc was good. The staff were nice and friendly.

You have to pay for electricity when you leave and the WiFi isn't very good even when we paid it still wasn't very good and we paid for the 12mb.
