Great location, helpful staff, clean rooms.
5 flights of stairs with no lift. Very difficult with suitcases. Breakfast was basic.

The location is almost unbeatable. You stay within two blocks of the Tuileries. The Louvre is a five-minute walk, as is the Seine. There are many bus stops and train stations in the area, so it is easy to get to any part of the city.
The room itself was quirky, fun and well-laid out. We stayed for 10 days with two adults and two older teens, and we were very comfortable. The breakfasts were superb and the perfect way to start the day. We also traveled during a heat wave, and the room air-conditioning was a life saver.

The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was scheduled and wonderful. We loved the loft unit for our family especially younger family loved the novelty and a bit of privacy.
We overall like the property. Since we were in a 5th floor loft you need to walk up 6 flights of steps to access your room. There was not an elevator in our building (I believe the main building has an elevator). So we were careful about not forgetting items in the room. Returning to your room is a bit of work after walking all day. We knew this might be the case and it was fine. We tended to be out sightseeing all day and then returned at night.

location was great and central, walk to Eiffel tower approx. 35-40 mins, directly by the Jardins and Seine. The room was clean and keys were easy to access with good communication ahead of time from the reception.
as expected the room was likely smaller than advertised for family of three, beds were close to each other, small bathroom etc.
