The hotel is well located, but it is a bit old, and you can see this in the rooms. The swimming pools are nice, and the views are amazing! We preferred the food when it was served from a menu rather than as a buffet, as the quality was better. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The sunset view from the restaurant and our balcony was spectacular! It was nice that they had a shuttle that would take you to and from the beach, as it was a bit steep. The pools were not very large, but one had a swim up bar and a jacuzzi. The staff were extremely helpful and nice.
It wasn't a problem for us, but there were no elevators to get to the upper floors. We got locked out of our room for no apparent reason,( the key just stopped working) but the staff found a way to fix it for us very quickly.

Staff overall was awesome and friendly.
Main pool was in manteinance, didn't was mentioned during booking, it should be advised.
So it only left a small pool for a.big crowd of guests
All inclusive meals are not worthy, food quality and variety is really poor.
