Location is great, safe neighbourhood. It is clean and people are very nice and helpful :) also, the breakfast is great

It's located in a building with many other businesses and addresses, and for that I was given two more keys along my own room key which made the stay much more comfortable. The outside doors were closed at nights, and since I had the keys, it felt much more comfortable and safe. Breakfast in the morning was plenty and easy if you enjoy classic Italin breakfast culture. For other places to eat at and see, the host was very helpful and ahe even gave me a map where she marked the monuments :) When checking out, I just dropped the key to the front desk and said goodbye. Everything was really comfortable for me. Also there isn't a ramp when entering the building, I didn't have heavy luggage so it wasn't a problem, but worth remembering.
There isn't anything I didn't like.

The location was right by the Vatican and we walked everywhere from where we stayed, really close to lots of shops and restaurants.
A kettle in the room would have made it even better :)

The B&B was in a lovely spot, peaceful and secure, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby! Clara, who gave us some great tips and breakfast, was truly wonderful and we are so grateful for her help!
The room was quite small, barely accommodating two adults moving in the same direction. However, if you don’t spend much time there it should be fine.
The room was painted a long time ago and some white paint patches are still visible on the walls, likely from a recent repair. The cleanliness was poor with considerable dust around the TV and wardrobe and some liquid marks on the walls.
