Clean room. Great location jus minutes from Vatican City. The only downside was the size of the shower.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, friendly, and consistently helpful. The room and building were clean and maintained with a couple of exceptions. The main issue being the air-conditioning. We reported this immediately and again the staff was very helpful. The repairman was contacted and he came the next day to fix the unit. Unfortunately, by the time we returned to the room, a/c wasn't working again. We were without a/c until the last 2 nights there. The staff worked hard to do their part but we had to wait for parts to be ordered. Unfortunately we were miserable after walking all over Rome in 90° temps each day. The front door latch was faulty, just needed to be tightened up but the building was secure. Our sliding bathroom door was off the track causing us to squeeze through the opening each time we went in or out of the bathroom. This was fixed immediately when pointed out to the staff.
All has been communicated to the staff and hopefully passed along to the person in charge. Otherwise very nice property in a safe neighborhood (very near the Vatican City and bus stop by the way).

The property is an old building but well maintained, shower stall small but understandable for an old structure. Situated in a nice area.

It was a little difficult to find it at first, one thing i did like was the communication he did responded quick. Photos were different than what i booked but turned out to be better than what i booked. However it was hard to find.
