Passable

The towels seemed to be causing more harm than good, as they were shedding threads onto my body instead of effectively drying me. Additionally, I noticed leftover hairs on the bathroom walls from the previous guest, and after lying on the bed, I experienced itching due to its lack of proper cleaning. To my disappointment, the cleaners didn't respond to my request for room cleaning when I placed the card on my door, and instead, they consistently turned it the other way around to indicate "do not disturb," seemingly avoiding cleaning my room intentionally.

It is ok for short stay and to stay in Santa Eulària.

Clean room and satisfactory conditions to a short stay.

Room with antique furniture. the mattresses and pillows are not comfortable for a long stay. There is no elevator. Inn with 3 floors. we were aware of that... we just don’t think the price was reasonable considering the condition of the hostel. Also, the location and access is not good if you want to visit the other side of the island by bus.

Warning!! Don't stay here for holidays!

If you plan to relax and enjoy your holidays, don't even think about this place. The guy at the reception was terribly rude to us, shouting at us in a disrespectful way. It has been my hardest experience in a hostel in my entire life. I was even more freak out when i talked to head owner and she neither apologized about her employee's behaviour nor offered any solution. They ruined my holidays, I hope you don't ruin yours by staying at this place.

some improvements would really make good

The location is very near to the marina - which is kind of nice- the bathroom was big and just renovated

The Attitude of the person that welcomed us was really superficial, Check in is really ruff - the room felt a little dirty- I must admit that was in part the impression of the entire structure- narrow corridors and smelly rooms, very creepy lights.. it has some shady atmosphere. The price i very cheap for the area.. so you can't complain too much. I personally think it is a really pity because with some little change (for start a bit more of a friendly attitude) would be a cute place - forbidding to smoke in the room would do a huge difference.. (There was a lot of cigarette smell)- If you don't want to spend much money and you are here for one night only, you can accept some weird smell, is ok.. otherwise i would suggest to invest a little more for a better holiday...

place reflects the low cost

we arrived a day late and they had given our room away. luckily they had a penthouse suite that is under construction so we were able to stay in that. I’ve no idea what they’d have done if they didn’t have that. location was good

the suite we were in was dirty and very smelly. we had to go and buy plug in air fresheners. there were 72 stairs up to the apartment with no loft so not suitable if you struggle with stairs

OK but spoilt but having to find alternative accom for reasons given.

Flight was 4 Hour delayed.Nobody at reception at 1.30 am or to answer after hours tel number.Had to make alternative arrangements for night.Requesting refund on first nights accom.

At least a night staff to allocate room for late arrivals.Also someone to answer the listed after hour phone.

The room was good, the bed was comfortable, it had a very nice balcony with a view to the sea (which I was not expecting, so it was a bonus).

The room could have a small fridge, it would have been good to be able to store food and water. Also, the wifi was not very good and it could be improved

Exceptional

Santa Eularia is for me the best city to chill at. No party or disco or loud ambience. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and the room was super clean and love the comfy bed. So my stay was rather relaxing and it was perfect. Big thanks

The location was amazing and it was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, and we could park in a free public parking just two streets away.

A Great little hostal in a great location, room was really clean and comfortable. New bathroom, quite old fashioned, but hey it's spanish hostal, nice coffee bars next to it. Beds so comfy, it was hard to get out of

Only checkin bit random, but that's OK, as had seen it on reviews before, and no lift, ok as needed to work off all drink and food!

go again for good value and lovely bed

it was good value for our purpose which needed one night stay the beds were comfortable, shower lovely, clean and modern.

would have liked a kettle, and a couple of tea bags and coffee and sugar and milk pods. would have made us happy. for the sake of a few euros for a kettle, a few euros for small compliments tea etc and paying a few pounds extra would have been good. they had internet but the reception did not know the sign on and as we were travelling this would have been helpful, but lovely people on reception.

Loud banging and slamming noises past midnight

I did like the size of my room and there was sufficient space.

On my last night, actually past midnight between 2am-3am, there was a big commotion outside, I heard very loud banging and slamming noises which is really really rude considering it was very late/early. It was so inconsiderate. And the room next door was sometimes loud during the day because of repairs which they never mentioned anything to me during check-in.

I left well rested, which was the purpose of my last minute booking.

As I planned this break away last minute, I was content with most of the facilities. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and the bed was comfortable with good pillows. The balcony was small but pleasant with a view overlooking the Marina and the ocean. My room was regularly looked over by the maids and left clean and tidy with fresh towels.

My bathroom was fairly unkempt. The bath taps were very stiff and the shower attachment was unable to stay in it's wall bracket....... It was maintained after a day or two and worked sufficiently. There are five floors and without lift access, it could be problematic for some people given high rooms, I suggest you request lower floors - 1 or 2.............

the room is oke, bed s are good, oldfashioned interior but for me no problem, bath included , but you had to shower with one hand because the hanging system was broken, also in the room next to me..

Poor wifi, there is no elevator, television was not working, noisy because i guess the walls are very thin
