The team at The Strawbury Duck are very welcoming. The food was excellent and the location is different by the reservoir, albeit down a bumpy lane.
The Duck Room was comfortable enough but there are signs of it getting a little tired.

Good atmosphere. Staff are brilliant and Friendly an very helpful. An lovely Rooms ive stayed there twice.. An the food is excellent. An near by there's 2 res the entwisle & wayho to stroll round. An its a such peaceful area to chill out.

Great location. Out the way and nice scenery.
Friendly hosts. I had to leave early the next day, so the hosts made me a lovely packed lunch that was very much appreciates. Unfortunatly couldnt make breakfast which was a shame as my evening meal was really nice.

On a sunny day it would be nice to be a little remote in the hills
The bedroom had wall paper peeling and the windows had dirt in the corners. At night the lack of heating meant the windows were steaming with condensation
