False advertising, dirty apartment and poor customer service
The pool and the location
The apartment was not the same as displayed on the Booking.com pictures. I complained but no one seamed to care. I asked Bric’s Rental properties manager to contact me and he never did. The description was inaccurate, and the apartment was very old and poor maintained. The cabinets and closet were used as a deposit full of broken items and trash, disgustingly dirty. The pillow cover and towels (hanged on the bathroom) were stained. The microwave was not working and it seams they knew about it, when I call the maintenance guy said the microwave did not work, even though it worked out for them to bring an extra one, I felt I had to fight to have basic issues resolved. I stayed at unit 219 for 15 days, the unit was cleaned twice and on the last 2 days we run out of toilet paper and they said they couldn’t restock. Poor customer service. After all issues, what’s the cost for a roll of toilet paper? Also, the internet connection was awful.

Beautiful Condo only
It was beautiful. The air conditioning was amazing after being in hot weather. Conveniently next to 2 famous beach clubs.
The pool was warm and didn't cool you off though. We never received fresh towels or had anyone clean during our 5 nights. That was dissapointing. Also there wasn't enough toilet paper. It was extremely difficult to get a hold of our concierge. I called numerous times and I didn't get an answer. Also, it's kinda far walking distance from night life.

I loved the location and views
The condo smelled like it had been closed for weeks with no A/C running, there were small ants near the dinning area trash can, it was dusty and needed to be cleaned. There was trash in the trash can under the kitchen sink. The microwave did not work as well as the CD player in the king bedroom and kitchen. Optional mask on property
