Accesibilidad de principales atracciones en plata del carmen
Las tranquilidad del sector donde esta la estancia. Muy cercano a las principales atracciones de Xcaret y playa del Carmen. Cercano hay un OXXO y a pocos minutos en vehículo hay un wallmart que esta abierto hasta las 01:00 am, Excelente lugar. Los anfitriones muy amables y dispuestos ayudarte.

La casa muy comoda, muy buena ubicacion, cerca de Xcaret y playa del Carmen, ubicacion segura, rapido acceso a via principal, todo ordenado y muy limpio

This is a residential area . it’s a great place for putting your head down at nite .
the communication with the owner ,the kitchen and the price .
the living room only had a small futon for sitting . it is a three bedroom ,it needs more furniture in living area . not a rental for older people. the bed pillows

the house is good, comfortable, we got everything’s that we needed in the kitchen!
a little far but we rented a car so I wasn’t a big problem. And they need to work a little more on getting rid of bugs and cockroaches. somethings when we arrived didn’t work, like lightbulbs and the master room tv never worked!

Very nice accommodation for a fair price.
Nice neighborhood and safe. The house has all the basic amenities needed. All the communication was very efficient via text messages.
A little farther than expected, with a rental car is fine as we did - so, consider this if selecting this option.

Beautiful house close to everything!
We had a great time, Magnolia, Ana and Neje were great. We had constant communication at all times. Magnolia was very attentive to all our requests. The location was perfect for visiting Xcaret, Xelha, Xplor, Tulum, and the Catalonia and Xpu-Ha beach clubs. We also visited the Cenote Dos Ojos because it was very close. The development is safe, we rented a car and were able to easily get to all the places that we wanted to visit. The house is beautiful and has everything that you need for a perfect vacation. We pools were fantastic. We will be back for sure. Thank you for everything.

Great condo for families or large groups
Beds were comfortable and the AC units, kitchen appliances, and tv worked well. The pool (a few steps away from the back porch) and available lounge chairs were excellent. You can tell the maintenance team takes pride in keeping a clean pool and lawn. The clubhouse (about 5 min walk) had a fun game room with a billiards table, table tennis, air hockey, etc. For a family of 4, it was great to have a condo with a back porch, rooftop deck, and a pool outside so for us all to spread out in. The property owner was easily available to answer questions and gave us great tips on getting around.
The facilities description states there is an indoor pool and a hot tub, but there are none. This property is far from 5th Avenue and any restaurants, so be prepared to rent a car or take taxis (about 150 pesos to get right into 5th Av). However, the spaciousness of this condo and excellent pools add a lot of value.
