Struttura molto pulita, appartamento grande con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, bagno grande e spazioso. Signora alla reception molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha permesso di accedere alla camera già alla mattina il giorno di arrivo anziché alle 15 e di usufruire del parcheggio interno tutto il giorno successivo. Posizione top vicino alla passeggiata lungo fiume Magra che porta al mare

The hotel is near sea, only 5 minutes. The beach is amazing and very long. You can make a 1-2 hours walk in the evening near the sea. The beach is very good for children. 2 shops are situated downstairs. You can buy everything there. In the kitchen you can find all staff.
The horrible thing was a cigarettes smell in our room. It was terrible for this price of the room. The bath was not so clean.
