Perfect location, great breakfast.

location was the best, also some of the (old school) staff were exceptionally professional and friendly, the beds were very comfortable.
The cafe staff were not very professional, nor friendly...e.g. they served same priced cappuccino in three different sized cups and tended to argue with us when approached about this. Not well trained and not naturally predisposed for the job they were doing. Breakfast bar (seems to be managed by the same cafe staff) was poorly stocked ..so there were no forks most morning. It felt very strange to have to repeatedly ask for a fork in a 4 star hotel.
Hotel is expensive for what it offers. My main two issues were that the bathrooms and the parking facilities. Showers were not only leaking and the floor of the bathroom was always wet, but the doors were hard to open due to poor design. The parking ramp was never lifted when we approached it, and we had to get out of the car and ask the staff at the reception to let us in and out. The parking ground was uneven and hard to navigate as it was crowded.
If this was a cheaper hotel none of this would be tragic..but their pricing is high for lack of professionalism in service it offers.
