Comfy bed, clean room and nice meal - staff are helpful and the hotel is very conveniently located.
Unfortunately had terrible neighbours this stay - TV blaring and loud visitors coming and going. I have notified the Hotel and they were upset that I didn't let them know as they were happy to deal with the situation. Will make sure that I do that in future.

The rooms are aging however they are quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. Had dinner in the restaurant and found the meals were lovely but they were large (I couldn't eat it all). The staff a are lovely and the 10% discount was a good bonus.
The water does not drain well in the shower or hand basin - think they need a good clean out. I had to turn the shower off for a few minutes or it was going to flood the bathroom. On a positive note the water is hot and strong.

the staff were great at ensuring we were able to keep my special needs daughter entertained with tv in the room.
including discovering why there was no volume.
the room and bathroom smelled like wet dogs
even though dogs are not allowed.
there was 2 cigarette butts on the floor between 3 of the beds.
