The staff changed towels every day & sheets halfway through stay. Top up of coffee & water was good.
Bed mattress was too soft and had depressions in bed.
Air conditioning did not work, could not heat the room.

Comfortable and clean room. Able to open door to patio for fresh air. Good shower.
No lift to rooms. Potholes in carpark. Pub closed at 2100 - only pokies open.

Loved the staff member he was welcoming happy and very informative and helpful
Only real negative , the bed was very soft , linen was clean and warm
Fitted us in at short notice no pets allowed
noisy neighbours in the next room
Great shower and toilet and shower and shampoo provided and towels , kettle and water provided
Only 15 min to the city and lovely restaurant and car park facilities
