amazing breakfast. very hospitable hosts too. Room was extremely clean, bed very comfortable. A wonderful stay. I enjoyed playing with the dogs too. Very peaceful and quiet, Mary-Anne even made me a cup of tea before full breakfast everyday. The breakfast was fit for kings, a full English every morning, with freshly squeezed orange juice and fruit, which always set me up for the day.
I am used to having my own en-suite bathroom when I travel, but Mary-Anne ensured I had sole use of the shared bathroom, which was very kind. It was like a home away from home for me.

The proprietor was friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. The rooms were clean and well furnished with interesting pictures on the walls. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the decor.
Shower facilities would be nice but I enjoyed taking a rare bath. Reminded me of my childhood.

Fabulous stay - so friendly and welcoming!
Freshly made brownies, home grown fruit for breakfast - we loved all the personal touches. Super quiet positioning and very comfy beds. So accommodating.
