The staff was awesome, especially the lady at the restaurant/bar who also handled our check-in.
The location is perfect and within walking distance of most things if you're somewhat active.
The guest room and bathroom were spacious, and the pub offered an excellent atmosphere complemented by high-quality cuisine. We enjoyed an authentic pub experience, and the staff were highly accommodating regarding our request to view the rugby match.

Great location close to Bath, lovely breakfast with friendly, helpful staff. Clean and with the bonus of air conditioning.
Steep hill out of Bath back to the hotel. But a cold beer at the hotel helped!
