The staff. Location. Reception area. Able to open the window. Bathroom. Bed.
The decor especially the corridors. Carpet was wrinkled and looked really tired. Needed shelves in the room so you can unpack. Breakfast, no choice of eggs and as it was really busy extra staff to refill items. The juice was also warm.
