We stayed in the family room. The room was lovely, very comfortable and spacious. The hotel had a really nice, quaint vibe. Classic, not creepy (as older hotels can sometimes be! heh) The staff were lovely as well - they very kindly upgraded us when we told them that we were celebrating an anniversary.
In terms of location, it's an easy 10-15min walk into the city centre, and really near the Victoria Park where the Royal Crescent is. Loads of food options around too!

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, the location is quite convenient for both parking in Bath and visiting the centre on foot. The breakfast is indeed extremely good.
The family room was extremely warm, with no possibility to open the windows given that the windows are facing a relatively busy road. It did technically offer 4 beds as advertised, but was not exactly spacious.

The staff didn’t care that the internet wouldn’t work in our room. It definitely works she said. And that was that too bad.
