Really nice welcome at the bar and shown up to the room promptly. Very cosy and comfortable room
I may be alone in this but found the shower awkward and couldn’t tell how to get any warm water; a little note or sign might be helpful here
As the window was traditional single glazed sash, I could hear a fair bit of street noise which made it harder to settle

Central location, friendly staff. Comfortable room and was very clean. Pub downstairs is super cosy and had a delicious dinner there. It was lovely walking back into the atmosphere after a day out exploring Bath. Would absolutely recommend.
Only stairs to get to rooms for those who may have difficulty.

Good location, staff were friendly and helpful
Room was very hot 3 out of the 4 windows are painted shut, flat pack furniture dropping to bit , bed stood on a carpeted plinth which was easy to stub toe on , £170 for 1 night was too expensive
