The room was very clean and the location was great.
We felt the beds were a little uncomfortable. The single beds in particular were not wide enough for adults.
We were also disappointed being put up on the third floor as I had mentioned when booking that I was travelling with my elderly mum and aunt. I was under the impression we would be on the first floor and I was happy to carry our cases up one flight but I could not manage three. We ended up taking what we needed for the night and leaving the cases in the hallway downstairs.
As for staff, we did not see any at all.
