Well located, very well kept, spacious and comfortable room. Early check in made easy. Staff is great, and the cooked to order breakfast delicious.

Monika was fantastic for our whole stay. She welcomed us, gave us some pointers of what to do and see, and made delicious breakfast each morning.
Only downside was space, but that comes with such a great location and an older property. Bathroom was tight, and the bed was a bit small for the two of us. Overall, had a fantastic time!

Room was spotlessly clean. Walkable to Bath City, parking in Charlottle st car park was straightforward, once the app was downloaded, lay by for dropping bags helped and there is a sneaky cut through to get to it.
Room was smaller than expected and bed very small and shower small for a 6'3 man and woman. More like a BnB than a hotel, so breakfast area was clean and had options and someone to make to order, on the lower ground floor, smaller cramped space. The doors banged loudly, so first guest up tp leave woke us.
