Quite piece of paradise outside of the hustle and bustle from the old quarter

So happy with our choice of staying at RGR. It is a bit outside of the old quarter but only a short cab/Grab ride away. We didn't mind the quick ride to the old quarter and loved having a massive pool and a big room instead. The rooms are super clean the hotel is quite and the breakfast was yummy too. All staff were really nice and helpful and we really liked the location as well. There is lots to explore in the area and our kids just looooooved the big pool. The hotel overall is nice and quite and the gym looked great too.

Location is nice. Reception staff is good and speaks decent English.

No bath mats, no shower gel or handwash provided in the room. Very limited options for breakfast.

Great place to stay away from the craziness of the Old Quarter.

Nice to be out of the Old Quarter.( cheap grab away) Really friendly attentive staff. Apartment was cleaned daily. Great facilities including washing machine, safe, etc..Good selection for breakfast.

We did not have a good stay at the apartment as when we tried to check in the staff and the manager asked more money and after a long discussion and argument we landed spending more then what was assigned by booking.com to us we paid more , which pinched me a lot .not a fair treatment what we deserve.

Amazing!!! Especially for families

Spacious & clean, fully equipped, excellent customer service, great location. We have a baby & had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable

They struggled a bit to understand my husband so maybe English level could be better

One of the best accommodations in Hanoi, value for money

This can be one of the best accommodations one can find in Hanoi, yet very affordable! B/fast was not 'grand' but it has all the necessary greens and proteins that one needs to start his/her day in a healthy way (i.e. no 'rubbish' food). Room was clean, kitchen appliances all worked perfect, hot water in the shower, aircon in the apartment, all worked in excellent condition. Bed was really comfortable, and the unit has very good sound-proof so i had uninterrupted sleep throughout the entire stay. Each room comes with their own wifi device vs. a shared wifi (on the floor), so the connection is really strong. Lots of eateries within walking distance; ordering of Grab services (both car & food) is convenient as well. Bonus - they even have two in-house bicycles for the guests to use (w/o any charges), just need to inform the front desk and they'll issue you the key, which i used to cycle to Old Quarter and back, excellent! I will definitely stay at the same place in future

I stayed at this place 5 years before for work and this time

cleaning, washing and hygiene everything is taken care by the staff really nicely. comfortable living in the service apartment. not very far from the centre. good location

Great option for families

2 bedroom family apartment was huge and had 2 bathrooms and big kitchen. Great pool, playground and kids club area (self-supervised).

The location wasn’t the nicest. Good for rainy days if you just want to hang around the hotel but otherwise you need to get a taxi to main attractions. 15 minute walk to nice restaurants.
