Het Hotel ligt buiten het toeristen gebied. aar voor ons was het perfect omdat het bij het nationaal kinderziekenhuis ligt.
Wij zijn in een crises situatie bij het hotel aangekomen en 3 van onze kinderen achter moeten laten omdat een van onze kinderen in het ziekenhuis lag.
Ik heb dit bij binnenkomst gemeld bij de receptie dat ik terug naar het ziekenhuis moest en de 3 kinderen in het hotel achter ging laten tot er een familie lid uit Nederland zou overkomen.
Het personeel heeft ons geweldig ondersteund onze dank hiervoor.
Dit is meer dan je van een hotel mag en kunt verwachten, wij hadden in deze situatie geen beter hotel kunnen wensen.

- pool not in a good state when we visited (last December), the cleanliness of both the pool and the gym facilities needs to be improved

The beds were great and housekeeping staff very good
Location was bad and a lot of construction work around. Breakfast was poorly managed not a lot of variety and all staff cared is to keep and eye on the time when to close.
