Einfach ein toller Ort um zu entschleunigen! Wirklich nette Mitarbeitenden und Yoga Lehrer und eine tolle Location direkt am Meer. Sehr leckeres Essen und chill-out areas, wo man perfekt lesen oder ins Gespräch mit anderen kommen kann. Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet mit dem gewissen touch hier und da. Samahita ist ein Ort, an dem Umweltfreundlichkeit beachtet wird.

The meals were very healthy and delicious. Although there wasn't a wide variety of dishes, everything was well prepared and satisfying.
The yoga program was just the right level for me, and I really enjoyed it. The instructors and staff were highly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
One of the highlights of my stay was practicing yoga right in front of the beach. The peaceful ocean view and fresh sea breeze created a truly relaxing and memorable experience.
Front Office
I wasn't given any explanation about the hotel's facilities or amenities during check-in. As a result, I ended up carrying my yoga mat around with me for the first two days because I didn't know there was a designated place to leave it. I also completely missed the spa options because no one informed me about them. Even by the end of my stay, I still wasn't sure which areas of the property guests were allowed to access and use. A brief orientation or a map at check-in would have made a big difference.
Meal Times
Breakfast and lunch were served between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., with dinner at 6:00 p.m. I found the meal schedule difficult to adjust to. Throughout my stay, I was either starving while waiting for the next meal or overly full, especially after dinner. Going to bed with a very full stomach every night was quite uncomfortable and didn't feel healthy. It would be helpful to have a lighter evening meal, a later dinner time, or healthy snacks available between meals.
